in cap and hermetic screw seal: the inflatable chambers at each side
avoid the cover flapping when riding at high speed. S.G.A.S. adaptor
for inflating with by mouth or with a pump for a more hygienic
inflation thus avoiding the air escaping whilst closing the valve.
