Information to exercise the withdrawal right & standard form for withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdrawal according the following description, where a consumer is a natural person who exercise a legal action for purposes which mainly have nothing to do with commercial nor autonomous professional activities:

A. Information regarding the execution of the withdrawal right

Withdrawal right

You have the right to withdraw the agreement within 14 days without supplying a reason.

The period of withdrawal is 14 days after the day on which you or a third person indicated by you, which cannot be the forwarder, will have the goods physically in his possession.

To exercise the withdrawal right, you have to inform us (EasyParts.nl, Netwerk 130, 1446WR Purmerend, The Netherlands, , E-Mail: [email protected]) through an unequivocal declaration (for example a written letter by post, fax or email) about your decision to revoke the agreement. You can use the attached standard form for withdrawal, but you are not obliged to do so.

To be apply within the period of withdrawal is suffices to send your withdrawal request before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of the withdrawal

When you withdraw the agreement, you will receive all your payments you have done till that moment, including shipping costs (with exception of the possible extra costs which may occur due to the fact that you chose a different way of delivery than the cheapest standard shipment offered by us) immediately and no later than 14 days from the moment that we have been informed about your decision to withdraw the agreement. We pay you back through the same payment method with which you originally paid us, unless you give us permission to do otherwise; in any case no costs will be assigned to you. We are allowed to wait to pay you back until we received the goods, or if you have demonstrated that you have send the goods back to us, whichever situation occurs first.

You need to immediately send us the goods or hand us the goods, or at least within fourteen days from the day in which you informed us about the withdrawal from this agreement. This period of time will be applied if you send the good within the period of fourteen days.

You will bear the costs for the shipment of the goods to us. The direct costs for shipping back of these good, which due to their consistency cannot be shipped by normal post (goods to be shipped through a forwarder) are estimated to be for any of these goods to be maximum of about 100 euro.

You will be solely responsible for the value loss of the goods due to tear and wear, which exceeds the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

The exclusion or foreclosure of the withdrawal right:

The withdrawal right is not applicable to agreements regarding the delivery of papers, journals or magazines, with exception of the agreements for a subscription to such publications;

General indications

1. Avoid damaging or polluting the goods. Where possible send the goods back in the original boxes with all the necessary pieces of the packaging. If necessary use extra packaging material on the outside. Should you no longer possess the original packaging, do find an appropriate packaging with enough protection to avoid damage during transport.
2.You should pay for the shipment to us.
3.By all means point 1 and 2 here above are no condition for the effective execution of withdrawal.

The withdrawal right in any other language than Dutch is to be considered a translation. Only the original Dutch withdrawal right is binding.
