A credit note has been made. When will my money be reimbursed?
We try to make reimbursements as soon as possible, normally within a few days. It is possible that your credit card company will not immediately refund the payment to your bank account. Ask your credit card company/bank about this.
It is of great importance that we have registered your bank account number so we can pay you. Therefore check if we have your bank details. You can look this up in your EasyParts account.
