Customer reviews
We collect reviews via the Kiyoh platform. All reviews are checked for authenticity. This way you know for sure that the reviews you read come from real customers.
After purchase, we invite all our customers to leave a review. If it is not certain that a review comes from a customer who has purchased something, Kiyoh will ask for proof of purchase. This is how we prevent fake reviews.
If a review is posted after products or services have been delivered for free or there was a paid collaboration, this will be clearly stated. You can find more information about this on the Kiyoh review page.
