I have placed an order, but I did not receive a confirmation yet
As soon as you place an order at EasyParts you receive an e-mail. If you did not get it something probably went wrong. Check the spam folder of your e-mail program and check if you see your order at 'Order status' on the website. If after a few hours, you have not received a confirmation and you don't see your order at ‘Order status’ please contact our customer service.
