Where can I find the frame number of my scooter or moped?
- Type plate: This is often located under the seat or on the side of the frame. The frame number is usually listed on this plate.
- Steering column: Check the steering column; often the frame number is stamped or engraved there.
- Engine compartment: Sometimes you’ll find the frame number on the underside of the engine block or in the engine compartment.
- Under the seat: Remove the seat and look at the bottom or the sidewalls of the frame.
- Manual: The user manual of your scooter or moped often also provides information on where to find the frame number.
