Where can I find the model code of my scooter or moped?

To find the model code of a scooter or moped, you can follow these steps:
  • Type plate: Locate the type plate on the vehicle. It is usually found under the seat, on the side of the frame, or in the engine compartment. The model code is often on this plate.
  • Manual: Check the user manual of your vehicle. It usually also contains information about the model code.
  • VIN number: The VIN (vehicle identification number) may also contain information about the model. This number is often found on the type plate or near the handlebars.
