The new 160 JAD in HD COMPOSITE FIBERGLASS material is realized in two measures of outer shell, to guarantee the best comfort for all sizes. It's an extremely light helmet, space-saving, created to satisfy all the requests made by the most ambitious scooter riders. The external long visor is equipped with PINLOCK predisposition, which allows a total protection from the wind and, in the meanwhile, offers a wide field view without any distortion. The hidden sun visor offers protection from the sun. The AIR STREAM SYSTEM is built-in the helmet, made by a front air vent combined with a rear extractor. The system maintains stable the temperature in any condition by maximizing the air flow inside the helmet. The inner linings and cheek pads are made in EXTRACOOL fabric, they're removable and washable, engineered to allows the use of the glasses, and embellished from the high visibility bands to increase the passive safety. The equipment is completed by the predisposition for the intercom installation, anti-theft loop at strap, elastic strap loop and the micrometric buckle.Average weight small shell 1300gr, average weight big shell 1380gr.
Scratch resistant paint
Each shell, after being smoothed, is given several layers of varnish. The outer shell is then coated with a transparent, scratch-resistant varnish. This makes the helmet less prone to damage.Long Visor with anti-scratch treatment
The visor can be damaged during use. The small scratches can reduce visibility on sunny days. The anti-scratch coating makes the visor less prone to damage. However, do not let sharp objects such as jewellery or keys come into contact with the visor. Because of the coating, the visor should only be cleaned with water and dish soap. Use of strong detergents can damage the coating.Integrated sun visor
The integrated sun visor is easy to use. By pulling the lever of the visor, the visor comes down. This way, you don't have to wear sunglasses on sunny days. The sun visor blocks most of the sun's rays and can be combined with sunglasses. When it gets too dark, you can easily pull the visor up again and use the transparent visor.Removable inner lining
The inner lining is attached to the inner shell by snaps or velcro. The removable inner lining can be washed with neutral soap. In this way, the lining remains in good quality and the helmet fresh. In addition to the inner lining, the cheek pads are also removable.Perforated inner lining
The ventilation system in the helmet ensures a constant air flow. Through the perforated inner lining, this air, which enters through the air channels, can also reach the skin. This way it always stays cool inside the helmet. In winter, the ventilation system can be closed so no air enters the helmet.Micrometric buckle

With a quick release visor, the visor can be removed easily and quickly. No tools are needed. To remove the visor, 2 buttons must be pressed on both sides of the baseplate on the helmet.Anti-theft ring
The chin strap of the helmet is equipped with a metal ring. By using this ring, the helmet can be attached to the hook under the saddle. In this way, theft is prevented.Removable cheek pads

The size of the helmet is determined by the number of centimeters of head circumference. The size is measured with a measuring tape above the ears along the widest part of the head. The number of centimeters determines the size. The sizes are however an indication. This is no guarantee that the helmet will fit. Different shell sizes
By using different helmet shells the helmets get an even better fit. The smaller helmet shells are used for the smaller sizes and the larger helmet shells for the larger sizes. In this way, size XS has a smaller helmet shell than size XXL.Fiberglass shell
In general, glass fiber helmets are more expensive than polycarbonate helmets. Glass fiber is highly resistant to weather conditions and UV-light. By using glass fiber, the helmet is also much lighter and the impact is better absorbed during an accident. The lifetime of a glass fiber helmet is on average between 8-10 years (provided the helmet is used properly).Pinlock prepared
If a visor is prepared for Pinlock, you can recognize this by special pins on the side of the visor. Between these pins an extra visor can be placed which prevents the visor from fogging up. When it is cold outside and warm inside the helmet, condensation can appear. The Pinlock visor ensures that vision is maintained. The Pinlock visor can be left on when the helmet is not in use.Titling visor fastening system
The tilting fastening system presses the visor even more firmly against the rubber rim of the helmet. In this way, the visor closes optimally.
