Engineered from its predecessor 107 FLORENCE, the 167 FLO is the new reference for your urban routes. Designed in 3 measures of outer shell and a total of 8 sizes, it guarantees the best fitting comfort combined with safety, lightness, and compact design. It is characterized by the interchangeability of the visor: long, for a greater protection from wind, or shaped, for a more captivating look. It is equipped with the AIR STREAM SYSTEM, hexagonal thermoformed linings with ExtraCool fabric, which are totally extractable and washable with high visibility bands. The characteristics are completed by the anti-theft ring at the chin strap, the micrometric buckle, and the elastic strap loop.
Scratch resistant paint
Each shell, after being smoothed, is given several layers of varnish. The outer shell is then coated with a transparent, scratch-resistant varnish. This makes the helmet less prone to damage.
Long Visor with anti-scratch treatment
The visor can be damaged during use. The small scratches can reduce visibility on sunny days. The anti-scratch coating makes the visor less prone to damage. However, do not let sharp objects such as jewellery or keys come into contact with the visor. Because of the coating, the visor should only be cleaned with water and dish soap. Use of strong detergents can damage the coating.
Removable inner lining
The inner lining is attached to the inner shell by snaps or velcro. The removable inner lining can be washed with neutral soap. In this way, the lining remains in good quality and the helmet fresh. In addition to the inner lining, the cheek pads are also removable.
Perforated inner lining
The ventilation system in the helmet ensures a constant air flow. Through the perforated inner lining, this air, which enters through the air channels, can also reach the skin. This way it always stays cool inside the helmet. In winter, the ventilation system can be closed so no air enters the helmet.
Micrometric buckle
The micrometric buckle is the most frequently used buckle on helmets and easy to use. The rattle buckle ensures that it can be adjusted to the correct position. The buckle is easily opened by pulling the red loop.
Anti-theft ring
The chin strap of the helmet is equipped with a metal ring. By using this ring, the helmet can be attached to the hook under the saddle. In this way, theft is prevented.
Removable cheek pads
In addition to the inner lining, the cheek pads can also be removed. These are attached with velcro or several press-studs. Washing the cheek pads with neutral soap will keep them fresh. Make sure that the cheek pads are dry when they are put back into the helmet.
Average weight size M +/-1100gr
The weight of the helmet depends on the type of helmet. A jet-helmet is generally lighter than a system helmet. Glass fibre is also lighter than polycarbonate. The helmet is often measured in size M without visor. The second number on the sticker at the back of the helmet indicates the weight of the visor.
Different shell sizes
By using different helmet shells the helmets get an even better fit. The smaller helmet shells are used for the smaller sizes and the larger helmet shells for the larger sizes. In this way, size XS has a smaller helmet shell than size XXL.

ECE-R 22.06 certification
If you want to participate in traffic on a moped, scooter or motorbike in Europe you are obliged to wear a helmet with the ECE certification. This certification meet of a number of minimum requirements that a helmet must pass. The ECE certification can be found on the label attached to the chinstrap.
Extracool Inner Lining
The extracool inner linings are made with a new breathable fabric with an innovative design.
Air stream system
This helmet is equipped with front air vents which allows the fresh air inlet that, passing through the proper ducting in the inner shell, arrives to the rider, helping to keep fresh and oxygenated the inside of the helmet.
High visibility inner lining
The high visibility inner linings are made with inserts or bands in reflective material or in fluo yellow to make the helmet more visible, increasing passive safety.
Elastic fabric loop
Elasticated fabric loop that allows you to lock the excess strap in the folded position.
Interchangeable visors
The long and shaped visors are interchangeable with each other and share the same fastening system.
HPT shell
The shell is injection molded, the thermoplastic polymers, once cooled and hardened after the molding process, guarantee a high mechanical resistance for maximum impact protection, in a wide range of temperatures, and a high capacity to dissipate energy resulting from an impact.
