CGM 568A BER MONO
A brand-new upgrade for a helmet that, like its predecessor 508 BERLINO, stands as the ideal partner for any journey. The 568 BER is a flip-up helmet with shell in HPT (High Performance Terpolymer) available in two external measures. The ventilation system which channels the air flows inside the shell ensures the maintaining of an optimal temperature even during the hottest days, while the nose deflector, the chin deflector and the neck deflector convey the air to maintain stable and quiet the helmet even during high speed. The external visor is tilting, with quick release and with lock in closed position, and also prepared for Pinlock 70. While the hidden sunvisor helps the pilot to adapt to different brightness conditions. The hexagonal thermoformed linings set is realized with ExtraCool fabric, and provides a specific accommodation for the temples of the glasses. The intercom predisposition of this model is characterized by an accommodation for the body of the headset and the microphone stand. The high end equipment of the helmet is completed by the micrometric buckle and the tricolor elastic strap loop.
Scratch resistant paint
Each shell, after being smoothed, is given several layers of varnish. The outer shell is then coated with a transparent, scratch-resistant varnish. This makes the helmet less prone to damage.Long Visor with anti-scratch treatment
The visor can be damaged during use. The small scratches can reduce visibility on sunny days. The anti-scratch coating makes the visor less prone to damage. However, do not let sharp objects such as jewellery or keys come into contact with the visor. Because of the coating, the visor should only be cleaned with water and dish soap. Use of strong detergents can damage the coating.Integrated sun visor
The integrated sun visor is easy to use. By pulling the lever of the visor, the visor comes down. This way, you don't have to wear sunglasses on sunny days. If a visor is prepared for Pinlock, you can recognize this by special pins on the side of the visor. Between these pins an extra visor can be placed which prevents the visor from fogging up. When it is cold outside and warm inside the helmet, condensation can appear. The Pinlock visor ensures that vision is maintained. The Pinlock visor can be left on when the helmet is not in use.Titling visor fastening system
The tilting fastening system presses the visor even more firmly against the rubber rim of the helmet. In this way, the visor closes optimally. This will not only prevent the cold but also makes the helmet more silent. It is important to lubricate the rubber edge with a little silicone to prevent it from dehydrating.P/J certification
All helmets have an approval label. This label contains a series of numbers starting with a letter, followed by a number of digits. The letters consist of J, P or NP.
