Complete centrifugal clutch unit with clutch bell for SPORT scooters

System composed of the famous:
• Reinforced clutch for intense road use (Fly Clutch)
• DC04 steel clutch bell (Clutch Bell), dynamically balanced

Fly System: two items that Malossi has long produced and successfully sold separately.
The new Malossi proposal guarantees superior quality by coupling these two components, allowing optimization of the scooter’s power transmission system.
Due to high demand for these two products, it seemed interesting to offer a set requested by our customers, including both items.
This allows Malossi to provide two quality products in a single package at a slightly lower price.

Fly Clutch

Fly Clutch is a centrifugal clutch designed to easily handle extreme conditions, such as frequent re-accelerations on mountain roads or in urban traffic, during stops and starts at traffic lights, with or without a passenger, or during hot seasons when temperature control is difficult.
Fly benefits greatly from Malossi’s experience, the result of intense research and thousands of tests conducted in various competitions.

Clutch Bell

Technical Features:

• Clutch bell made of soft DC04 steel, cold-pressed
• Central hub of carbon steel, joined by TIG welding
• Anti-vibration ring stamped and fixed via 3 weld points spaced 120° apart
• 100% balanced throughout production
• Soft nitrided heat treatment
