TECHNICAL FEATURES:

Clutch base plate:
Ultra-hard tempered steel, ideal for components with highly dynamic stresses with a tensile strength of 1000 MPa.
Surface hardening (LCN) at 300HB, depth 10-25 µm.
Main machined spring seat with offset from the clutch bell to ensure intrinsic torque, eliminating any play.
Auxiliary machined spring seat aligned with the clutch bell.
Narrow tolerances between the tabs of the spring pusher disc and clutch bell eliminating clutch noise and increasing durability.
Surface induction of the bronze bush coupling. Hardened to a depth of 1.5 mm, 60HRC, improving durability.
