For the Piaggio engine versions, the track and roller dimensions have been increased and a new roller housing introduced.

Technical features:
• Operating range from 28 mm to 88 mm average diameter (usable dimensions on the belt sliding surface: 20 mm to 99.5 mm diameter)
• Semi-movable pulley made of high-silicon special alloy with chemically hardened nickel surface treatment
• Self-lubricating sintered bronze sliding ring
• Alloy steel hub with sliding surface coated with hardened, chrome-plated, ground, and lapped finish
• Roller housing heat-treated and surface oxidized
• HTROLL rollers with high resistance, made in CPT with specific formula; weight marked on one side
• Semi-pulley spring in pre-hardened and coated chrome-silicon steel, in different colors according to the corresponding K

The Minarelli version features a fixed, ventilated semi-pulley made of high-silicon aluminum alloy with chemically hardened nickel surface.
