Is it possible to cancel my order?
If your order articles that are not in stock, you can still cancel them. Important: contact us before the delivery time has passed.
If you have products that are in stock and ordered before 4PM, they get shipped the same day. Because of logistic reasons it is not possible to adjust these orders.
After receiving your order, you have 14 days to consider if you want the products or not. Check the revocation rights for more information.
